Spring Valley Corporation was established in 1995 by Saty Izutani, the company's current chairman. Since that time the corporation has enjoyed rapid growth in the import and export business. The company's main activity has been the import and domestic distribution of interior textiles and furniture.
<Interior textiles>
The main products are tiles, wall-to-wall carpets, and bordered or hand-made area rugs made exclusively of renewable raw materials. These include sisal, coir, jute, wool, and more recently, paper as well as linen. We also have the capability to manufacture area rugs of all sizes with decorative textile borders in our own facility.
Merida Meridian Inc., USA, a major supplier of natural fiber flooring, has agreed to the establishment of a joint venture with Spring Valley, and they have given us the exclusive right to distribute their products in Japan.
Taeppe Cirklen a/s of Denmark is known widely as a leading editor of hand-made wool rugs under the brand name of 'LINE DESIGN'. Simplicity of Nordic design synchronized with the rich and natural quality of pure new wool is its significant character created by in-house textile designers representing Scandinavian taste.
Tasibel N.V. , known as a traditional manufacturer of sisal and natural fiber carpet in Belgium, has been Merida's exclusive distributor in Europe. Due to this fact, we are representing them in our country, too.
<Interior furniture>
We are dealing with various home. office and contract furniture imported or made in Japan such as children's furniture, partitions, make-up dressers, LCD & TV boards, beds, tables, chairs, sofas, garden & outdoor furniture, case goods and more.
